Bullfrog Environmental Token Disclaimer

Bullfrog Environmental Tokens ("Tokens") are unique, non-transferable, non-tradeable digital records created by Bullfrog Power Inc. ("Bullfrog") on a public distributed ledger (blockchain) that document Environmental Attribute Certificates ("EACs") purchased and retired on behalf of Bullfrog customers. Tokens are created solely for the purposes of recording, tracing, and communicating environmental attributes and do not constitute and shall not be construed as a security, derivative, investment contract, financial instrument, commodity, currency, or regulated digital asset; nor do they confer any right, interest, or expectation of profit or financial return. No secondary market exists or is intended to exist for the Tokens. The environmental information embedded in each Token, which may include generation facility details, energy source, and certification standard, reflects data obtained by Bullfrog from its third-party Environmental Attribute suppliers and from applicable registry records; Bullfrog does not independently verify or conduct due diligence on the accuracy of such underlying data, the environmental characteristics of the generation facilities, or whether any third-party claims or interests exist in the Environmental Attributes. The Tokens are intended as an evidence and record-keeping tool and do not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee by Bullfrog that the Token or the information it contains, by itself, provides adequate, proper, or legally sufficient substantiation for any particular environmental or advertising claim made by any person, and Bullfrog expressly disclaims any such representation. Any environmental claims made by a Bullfrog customer using the Tokens as supporting evidence are solely the responsibility of that customer and are subject to applicable law. The Tokens are recorded on a third-party blockchain network not owned or controlled by Bullfrog, and Bullfrog does not warrant the continued availability, security, or performance of the blockchain infrastructure. Token data, once recorded on blockchain, may be permanent and may not be able to be altered or deleted.
