Visit the “Update account info” tab in your mybullfrog account to update your phone number, email and name on your account.

Moving to a new pad?

Visit the “Moving?” tab in your mybullfrog account and provide us with your move dates as well as your new address and your move will be processed.

Need to update your payment information?

Credit Card as payment method

When your card is re-issued to you (eg. when your card expires or is cancelled), we will automatically receive your new card information from your credit card provider through Moneris’ automatic billing update service.

To change the card we have on file for your payments, visit the “Update account info” tab in mybullfrog and fill in your new card information.

Pre Authorized Banking as payment method

For changes to pre-authorized payments through a bank account, fill out this form and fax/email/mail the completed form to the address below and we will update your account accordingly.
