Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy applies to nature-based solutions digital record, and blockchain-backed products purchased through our website, online platforms, applications, our sales representatives, or through in-person interactions. Some products may be offered as a one-time purchase, bundle, subscription, pre-order, or another purchase option. This policy explains how these purchases may be changed or cancelled. This policy should be read together with Bullfrog’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms shown on the product page or at checkout.

One-Time Purchases
When you purchase a one-time product, including a nature-based solution, green electricity, green natural gas, carbon offsets, digital certificate, blockchain-backed record, or related environmental product, your payment will be processed at checkout. Because these products may involve project funding, green electricity or green natural gas generation, carbon credit retirement, allocation, verification, digital records, or blockchain-backed records, they may not be capable of being physically returned. Unless Bullfrog states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, one-time purchases may be final sale once the applicable project activity, generation activity, digital certificate, blockchain-backed record, token, allocation, or related environmental record has been funded, issued, processed, generated, allocated, verified, or confirmed. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation
When you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the duration, frequency, and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Your payment details will be stored securely by Bullfrog’s payment provider or Shopify’s payment systems, and you authorize Bullfrog to charge your selected payment method for each renewal unless you cancel before the next billing date. Each subscription renewal supports the applicable nature-based solution, green electricity, green natural gas, carbon offsets, or other environmental product described on the product page and at checkout. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through your customer account through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation or subscription emails, or by contacting Bullfrog at customerservice@bullfrogpower.com. Cancellation stops future subscription charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund project activity, generation activity, carbon credits, digital certificates, blockchain-backed records, tokens, allocations, or environmental records already purchased, funded, issued, generated, allocated, verified, processed, or confirmed before cancellation, unless Bullfrog states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, your first service period begins on the date of your initial purchase. For monthly subscriptions, each service period will run for approximately thirty (30) days from the initial purchase date and will renew for subsequent thirty (30) day service periods until cancelled. If you cancel a subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current service period. You will not be charged for future service periods after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically provide a partial refund or credit for the current service period, unless Bullfrog states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. Bullfrog does not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. Any refund issued under such a legal requirement will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, credit card issuer, Shopify, or other payment processor, and Bullfrog is not responsible for delays caused by these third parties. Unless Bullfrog states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, Bullfrog is not responsible for currency exchange changes, transaction fees, blockchain network fees, wallet fees, or other third-party fees connected to a purchase.

No Physical Returns or Shipping
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bullfrog’s nature-based solutions, green electricity, green natural gas, carbon offsets, digital record, and blockchain-backed products are not physical products and are not shipped. Delivery may occur through email confirmation, account access, digital certificate, blockchain-backed record, registry link, dashboard access, or another method described on the product page or at checkout. Because these products are generally not physical goods, there may be no item to return. If Bullfrog offers physical products in the future, separate shipping, return, and refund terms may apply.
